All shipping, receiving and QC processes are bound by our strict ISO guidelines and performed in our state-of-the-art ESD compliant warehouse following DIN specification EN-61340-5-1.
Baking & MSL
Our baking station ensures all shipped products meet the MSL standards required by manufacturers. Parts are baked per IPC-J-STD 033B then vacuum sealed before storage or shipment.
Tape & Reel / Decap / Programming
We can tape and reel components on request, decapsulate IC packages to access the internal die for testing and counterfeit detection, and use standalone programmers to verify, write, blank-check or erase chips.
